Your information

Privacy notice.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Alura Books uses the information you provide only to manage enquiries, orders, pre-orders, payments and delivery.

Information we collect

This may include your name, telephone and WhatsApp numbers, email address, delivery address, ordered books and quantities, and a payment receipt when a pre-order requires one.

How it is used

We use it to confirm your request, identify an existing customer record, prepare and deliver your books, provide order updates, handle returns or refunds, and maintain business records.

Sharing and storage

Information is available only to authorised Alura Books staff and service providers needed to fulfil the order, such as a delivery provider. Payment receipts are kept in the private order system rather than published on the website.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact or delivery information, or ask about information connected to your order. Some records may need to be retained for operational, accounting or legal reasons.
