Delivery & returns.

Published books

Books shown as available can be ordered through the website order page. The complete book and delivery total is shown before confirmation, and normal website orders are paid by cash on delivery.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders appear only while a campaign is active. They use the dedicated pre-order form and require bank transfer with a payment receipt. The total displayed by the form includes the current delivery charge. We confirm the pre-order through WhatsApp and notify you when it is ready to ship.

Delivery

We deliver across Sri Lanka. Delivery timing depends on availability, destination and the delivery provider. Use the tracking page with your order number and phone number to see the latest status. A courier tracking number is shown when one is available.

Problems, returns and refunds

Check the parcel and contact us promptly if the wrong book arrived, the item was damaged, or the parcel has another problem. Keep the book, packaging and any delivery label while we review the issue.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Return or refund eligibility and the next steps will be confirmed for the specific order and issue.
